Used for sale and purchase of house. Got the job done. -slow to process anything with a short auto response of expect 48hrs for reply and not to phone - poor communication / support / explaining details of the sale or purchase - I had 3 different people working on my case plus 2 admin people all emailing me - Could take up to 5 days for an email reply or update at times - Very impersonal and matter of fact with one size fits all rigid approach - when asking questions it was abrupt response as if I was challenging not just asking Maybe I suffered from a busy period and not being the biggest fish.
