We are a small specialist law firm and as you can tell from our name, our practice is entirely focused on employment law, which is our area of expertise. Nicola co-founded Pure Employment Law Solicitors in 2010. She qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and gained experience in employment law at two of the South East's leading law firms. In 2006 she received a Distinction in her Masters degree in Law and Employment Relations. She has expertise in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, dismissal, breach of contract, pay and benefits and family-friendly rights.
Peter is a solicitor and founded Pure Employment Law Solicitors with Nicola in 2010 after nearly 15 years as the Head of Employment of a major regional law firm. Prior to entering the legal profession Peter worked in retail management and also worked as an overland expedition driver leading expeditions in Africa and Asia.
Since joining the firm David has advised on a variety of employment law issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, and family-friendly rights. David particularly enjoys acting for clients in contentious matters and takes a calm and pragmatic approach to his work.
