I contacted this firm well over a week ago, explain to them that I had an urgent and important issue along with it being a very straightforward case where they would be able to manage a successful resolution very easily as the matter was very one-sided. Despite giving this information and wanting to speak to with somebody nobody has responded and I am forced to look elsewhere.
I was given it on good authority that this solicitors firm was responsive and professional, I just seem to have handed over my details for them to be taken and then discarded. Overall very poor and not reflective of the glowing reviews left online. Maybe they are great Solicitors, but not when you can't speak with a single one or even explain your case.
Lots of places are using Covid as an excuse, this probably will be no exception however I've dealt with other companies and other businesses and they seem to be managing just fine or at the very least communicate that there may be delays because of this.
