Awful firm. Unprofessional, zero communication and massively over priced. 6yrs to complete a divorce and financial resolution and 4 different solicitors! Would never use again or recommend.

Absolutely dreadful. The worst service I have received by anyone, ever. We used these cowboys for our conveyancing. "Communication is key" as it says on their website. This is an utter lie. If you can get through to the receptionist (which is very difficult) your solicitor will not be available. It does not matter how many "urgent" messages you leave, they will NEVER EVER call you back.

We'd been dealing with them since September and never had a call back. They would also completely ignore your emails. It was so bad that I genuinely considered driving up to Manchester to talk to them (I live in London). I even tried messaging them on Facebook to try to get hold of them. The only time I was really able to talk to my "solicitor" was when I asked to speak to their supervisor. Sana and Amir are so incompetent I genuinely doubt if they are qualified. Incompetence would be putting it lightly.

Several basic queries were left until the point of exchange such as boundary issues and if the house was on an adopted road (they had this information for months). They will lie through their teeth and say things have been done when they haven't. Everyone in our chain complained about them includin other solicitors and professionals. AVOID like the plague. We tried making a complaint to them but this was also ignored.

A vey smooth transaction from start to finish. Jaycie was my assigned solicitor and did an excellent job. She replies to emails promptly and always keeps you updated during the most critical stages. She pays attention to detail and provides good information helping you make the right decision. I will most certainly be using her services again.

My experience with this business has been excellent. My case was with Sara Baig who worked so hard from the start to finish. She has always been punctual and professional. Though we experienced some obstacles from the council but she was always there to advise and passing messages so quickly to make sure things are done on time. Sara Baig is a five star professional and would recommend her service to actually any one who requires a quality service. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I get the feeling that this company is better with straightforward conveyancing. Please don't use for a bridge. It took over 7 weeks from offer to completion! Should have taken 2. They had all my details prior to offer too!

A simple transfer of equity of joint name to single took 7 months to complete! They blamed everything and everyone, but every time I rung around they all pointed out it was the solicitors fault for not completing things they should have. No I need paperwork and no one responds to emails and no one will answer the phone. The pandemic is not an excuse we're over a year in and every company has adapted just not responding and not answering phones is not good enough. They took this work on id pandemic o if they couldn't for fill the job they should have taken it on.

They have gone above and beyond before we became clients of theirs to assist us in getting documents finalized that were needed for a business lease.

I will not forget in a haste the fine legal services Latimer Lee Solicitors offered to me at a period when things were difficult for me. They have human face and human heart. I am always indifferent to seek legal services due to the attitude of some lawyers who are more interested in fleecing complainants. It is not the same with Latimer Lee Solicitors. I strongly recommend them for you.
