Denise found a way to persist on what turned out to be such a complex first house purchase. At times I wanted to walk away and give up, but she never wavered in her tenacity or persistence to make it finally happen. Throughout the process Denise was professional, personable and went above and beyond the expectations of her role - doing whatever necessary to fulfil her commitments. I would highly recommend Aubrey Isaacson, they made buying my first house very easy and stress free. Jeffrey and Denise were extremely friendly, diligent and efficient and were always happy to help if I had any questions, which were always answered quickly. I must pay particular praise to both Jeffrey and Denise for working extremely hard in ensuring the sale went through on a particular completion date, which was achieved by their hard work and dedication to meet this date which I am hugely grateful for. I was referred to AIS after my usual solicitor had to act for the vendor. Following a very useful and informative telephone call with Jeffrey my decision was made. I cannot praise Jeffery Gilbert and his team enough. We recently moved home and had to deal with very difficult buyers with evasive solicitors and panicky seller for our purchase.
