Because of issues not of our responsibility we ended up with a very long process, and they were in close contact, helpful and clear throughout. We worked with Team Afzal and we found them great to work with. They are currently handling the fixing of an issue with the land registry as well which we would not have known how to address otherwise. Highly recommended.

I came into my first house purchase feeling apprehensive over dealing with solicitors. From friends and colleagues, I had heard some horror stories over other local solicitors & woes over having to chase up every little thing. Levi's managed to complete in 10 weeks (which would have actually only been 7-8 weeks were it not for an issue out of their control on a property further down the chain causing a delay). Just used Levi's for a sale and purchase (April 2022). Lisa Wilson was great, always calm and reassuring particularly when things were not going well. Rest of the team around her extremely good, friendly and professional. The whole transaction took much longer than anticipated (not due to Levi's but due to others in the chain) but the fees I was quoted up front stayed the same. I would definitely use them again.
