I want to thank everyone at Williscroft Solicitors for their support and kindness to me during the most stressful time of my life. It was a long legal battle of more than two years but Lucy, Shona and Stephanie were always there to discuss my worries and concern. Shocking is an understatement. I was on legal aid and in a messy custody battle for my children. Basically never listened to, critical documents never filed before the court and as a result my children placed into long term foster care. No empathy and treated like a second class citizen. Avoid at all costs

Only giving 1 star as its the only option - Poor customer service. - very poor communication. (for no reason other than laziness or forgetting to do something) - Once money has been received the job will get done in their own time rather than when it should be done! - If you love your children/family/life do not go with Williscroft and Co unless you have plenty of time on your hands and are not looking to get matters resolved quickly and efficiently. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately a very bad experience from this company and the specific solicitor assigned to my case. Very poor communication from their side leading to a case being delayed massively in time. All payments were made on time which has been a huge waste of money however when raising an issue or complaint every single reception staff on the phone would reply "hmmm yeah we understand sorry" however even after many complaints from me and numerous apologies from the company/solicitor they have still been delaying without reason and not communicating with me to keep me informed on my case.
