We used BHP Law for both the sale of our property earlier this year and the purchase of our new home this month. Emily our Solicitor was excellent! As with so many others we were targeting before the end of the stamp duty holiday for completion and despite hitting quite a few bumps along the way we completed as planned. Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Was quoted 1500 for my divorce was around 3 times as much as this, service was appaling had 3 solictors as they kept leaving the company. Absolutely no drive took 3 years had to chase all the time. Fianancial advise was poor no personal service. Would not recomend to anyone

Having used BHP law over a decade namely for wills, power of attorney, trusts and deed of variation. I have been more than pleased. In the past the image of the solicitor was that of namely a man in a dark office with a stern look, and you trying not to stutter your words in case you in case you displease. Not anymore. Bright modern offices in faverdale cockerton, no problem parking. What is very nice is the relaxed atmosphere, and it does not have to be Mr Mrs or miss, all the time. Yes the first name can be used yes, nice touch.

Very good lawyers, at the start I wasnt so sure as they didnt spell my name right on any of the contracts which may seem like a small typo, technically invalidated everything on those documents, but this was later fixed by them after I mentioned it. I had a stressful process of purchasing a house and even small typos made me panic, the seller also gave us very short time to complete contracts, we only had 5 weeks to sign and exchange!
Our solicitor did a very good work and completed EARLIER that their deadline! Super impressed. And thank you to her personal assistant. She did a great job keeping us updated and chasing things up for us. Will I ever use BHP law again? YES!

We used BHP Law for our conveyancing when moving house and they offered a great service so would have no hesitation in recommending them. Jemma from BHP dealt with our sale and purchase and she was extremely efficient and demonstrated excellent customer service going above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. We chose BHP Law when purchasing our new build home after being recommended by a friend and we most definitely weren't disappointed. As first time buyers we were unsure what to expect but Jemma from BHP kept us up to date throughout the process and went above and beyond to make what can be a stressful time a breeze. Even when we experienced delays elsewhere Jemma was quick to complete any relevant paperwork and was always available to answer any queries we had. We legally completed last week and we couldn't be happier in our new home. Can't recommend Jemma and BHP Law enough!
