I had the most amazing experience with Leanne Scott's property team. I was in a chain that was just about to collapse and the girls chased all the queries so I exchanged and completed within 48 hours. Although it got really tense at the end as exchange was just after Bank holiday and their phones and computers were down they stayed calm and collected so we completed on time. I will definitely use them again. Keep up the great work!

Using these at the moment for a house move, this started at the beginning of the year, we are rapidly approaching June and I'm still waiting for a completion date! Very poor communication and at this rate the whole deal will collapse, hoping by posting on here they might move a bit quicker! I will post more if/after the purchase ever happens! Really disappointed and only used these on the recommendation of the estate agents, not happy one bit! Update!

Beginning to think this is one complete wind up now, was told it had completed for 31st May, booked removals, arranged for gas and electricity to finish only to be told the day before from the other side that they had received no information about this! All cancelled at my time and cost, total joke! I would like to ask if they honestly think I should pay all, if any, fees for there service?

I would totally recommend their conveyancing services. Michelle and Julie been both great in dealing with my purchase. They were very responsive in any updates that I needed to be aware of. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely no communication between the solicitors and confusion between themselves as to what was going on, they basically didn't have a clue. Almost impossible to get through to the solicitor dealing with our transaction, it seems she was avoiding us. The regular update that was given was that the file was being reviewed after everything had been completed, this went on for weeks. Guaranteed to us on several days that we would exchange but didn't happen.

It seemed as though they were dictating a simultaneous exchange and completion although this was not our or the chains request. Felt the solicitors could not be bothered to help us and that we had been lied too continuously. We have since heard other horror stories about Tilly Bailey and Irvine. DO NOT USE.

The staff were all welcoming and helpful. When buying a house, they made my stressful move become easy. They made me feel comfortable as new people were moving into my house so soon I had a deadline which they helped me meet. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Poor service and let down by a property I purchased. Wouldn't use them again for anything now my property lost value.

Takes on more work than they can handle, claim a fixed fee but load up the fees under 'other'. Poor communication, and certain staff members were unduly rude on several occasions. I was regularly contacted by vendors, vendors solicitors and their estate agents out of desperation because they couldn't reach my solicitors. They did deliver the promised service, but 6 weeks after the expected date. Overall, I cannot recommend this firm and I personally will not be using their services again.
