Horrendous. I was gaslighted by them. After speaking to someone on phone. Was told this conversation never took place and the person I spoke to never existed someone else then spoke to someone on phone and surprise surprise spoke to the exact same person who i only a few days earlier was told never existed. They told me I don't have mental health issues when numerous doctors said otherwise.

These solicitors cannot make that decision when they are not medically trained. They threatened me and made me make on the spot decision. Laughed at me and found my whole situation funny. Kept calling and never received a reply sent numerous emails never replied. Was made to feel like I was important and didn't matter. And yeah I totally understand they have other clients but when I do ring and made to say to the very rude receptionist.

I know you have other people who need your help more than me. Eh excuse me pet but I'm your client aswell. I should be made to feel like a nuisance for constantly calling if you would bother to reply. Made appointment after appointment and these were not kept. I've now been diagnosed with PTSD Which I'm going to have to livevwith for the rest of my life.

The nightmares the flash back because of the way I was treated would deserve to have a civil suit made against them for personal injury and damages. Tried to change solicitors and the refused to let me because all they were interested in was the money money money Took others words for everything got a one sided story and didn't bother with my side or what I had to say.

I feel as if they took away my voice self worth and confidence. I was told to shut up and get on with it. They failed to get evidence and speak to others for their statements. Said I didn't look mentally ill or talk as if I was mentally ill even though I had at the time was under the care of the mental health crisis team and anyways what is a mentally ill person supposed to sound like and what is a mentally ill person supposed to look like Avoid at all costs.

Not worth it Save your money and time. Stay well away ***EDIT*** Okay so it's inaccurate is it. What about the time when I did make a formal complaint and a letter was sent to you which by the way was signed for which you denied receiving informing you that I had made a complaint about your appalling service and you had weeks to contact me about it but yet you waited until 5 minutes until I went in to that court room you said to me if you don't drop this complaint you are going in to that court room on your own with no legal representation If that's not a threat to make on the spot decisions I don't know what is.

Horrendous, fully given the run around for a week. Multiple agreements to contact me broken, one being arranging an initial advice appointment which never materialised. Actually went to social services and had a chat getting one side of the story then neglected to get my side. Client care is non-existent avoid at all costs.

Top quality staff reliable information cant fault their service many years of dealing with them and the first experience is as warm and welcoming as the last.

Booked an appointment over a week in advance, turned up an hour early with my wife in the pouring rain to be told that the Two different lawyers they had booked for my case had both found themselves running over, could l make another appointment, if I had done that they would have been expecting to bill me, I am just expected to believe the rubbish they come up with and walk away. If a law firm is this casual with an appointment then God only knows what they will be like with you case, avoid.
