I used premier solicitors for a property purchase between March and April 2022, initially, communication was not great but it improved once I had Saquib C (Zack) on board. He was very helpful, kept me updated and he went above and beyond when I got stuck. Price was reasonable and professional expertise cannot be questioned. My overall experience ended up being a positive one.

Premier Solicitors provided me with excellent advice regarding an issue with an employer. Gary Lee, whom I dealt with, is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain complex issues in a clear way. This enabled me to understand the options available and make a better decision as to my preferred outcome. He then liaised on my behalf and negotiated an agreeable outcome efficiently and without any further distress after what had been a very stressful situation. I highly recommend their services.

I have used the services of Premier Solicitors for a number of years to arrange probate, Power of Attorney and for Will writing. We have consistently received excellent service from Premier. Following a employment dispute, I went to speak to Gary Lee and WeiKang Lee in Premier's employment dept. I can not sing their praises enough to do justice to them. They were professional all the way through the process that I had to undertake, explaining each and every step to me giving me options of how best to move forward etc. The "pep" talks I got from them both, the emails that they sent me, and the letters they wrote to my employers on my behalf were so outstanding it made an unpleasant situation so bearable I was overwhelmed. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again - but I wouldn't look anywhere else if I did.

Excellent service I have recently had dealings with premier solicitors on an employment matter that I needed help on. Gary Lee Was the assigned solicitor. Some Exceptional qualities about this solicitor. - excellent clear advise in a professional manner. - first class service and always quick to chase up matters and respond to emails - really caring and professional towards me and went out of his way to get the best outcome for me. -clear on where the client stood at All times and explained matter very slowly and allowed me to ask as many questions A brilliant experience working with Gary. Premier Solicitors were the solicitors allocated to me by chancellors for my house purchase. They got the job done but communication could have been a lot better (I felt like I was doing a lot of chasing and I often only found things were not happening because I asked). It took nearly 5 months for me to complete a 1:1 purchase (first time buyer buying a rental) and honestly it should have taken 3 months. In summary the team got the job done and were helpful when I contacted but given the fees I paid I expected they'd be more on the ball and be more proactive.

The service was absolutely great. Harpreet stayed in constant contact with me providing regular updates. I was completely confident that my matter was in safe hands. Very efficient and would recommend Premier Solicitors. Very smooth and enjoyable experience. I will definitely use them in future.

What a wonderful company to deal with! The first solicitor that I dealt with was a pleasure to work with and put a lot of effort into my case file. He left the company and his case load was taken over by another solicitor Gary Lee, who to my amazement was even more committed to my cause. He was so very professional, confident and did everything in his power to succeed in proving that I had a disability.

Ryan Shepherd and his team acted for us in the sale of a residential property. It was a difficult process involving negotiation with a freeholder and head-leaseholder. They were calm and collected throughout and really fought our corner when needed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Adam Jones, of Premier Solicitors handled the purchase of our new home. Adam is an absolute super star, and what we describe in our house as 'our sanity'. The process of buying this house has not been easy, predominantly due to the seller's solicitor, this has meant we've needed clear guidance and someone who is proactive to help us navigate through these troubled waters. Adam has been fantastic throughout, he answers calls, returns calls, upates us on progress, customer service is important to him.

From the moment of first contact with Premier Solicitors every part of the process was handled in the most professional, courteous, informative and cost effective (with fixed rate fees!) manner. The whole experience was exceptional and far beyond my expectations and this is no mean feat considering I was dealing with an out of date Will that had to be Annexed with existing solicitors renounced and numerous complications, coupled with the fact that I actually live 12,000 miles away in Australia!

My family in the UK were not able to assist and Sunil Kambli of Premier Solicitors virtually "held my hand" through a very painful and harrowing experience. He was kind, patient, amazingly prompt (emails on Sundays!) not to mention extremely efficient and cost effective.
