UK Search Ltd has outsourced their debts to this company. I had a CCJ sent although I am already paying off Southern Water via UK Search Ltd now they have this solicitor working on their behalf for a debt that is unlawful I am already paying. I was told it would be added to my current bill. These people are the biggest organised crime, acting as lawful agents. I have left messages and written emails, would be a different story if you were paying for my time. I won't waste mine filling out forms for a debt I am clearly paying off.

My name on google does not represent my real passport name. I would suggest avoid this firm at all costs. I have been dealing with a conveyancing matter. I choose this firm sadly without reviewing their feedback. Had I seen the feedback I would never have chosen to deal with this firm or pay them a penny. Lazy solicitors sitting all day long on their chairs probably getting bigger in size eating pizza, doing literally nothing to help speed up the process of a house sale.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to contact this company since the 6th March to pay in full a ccj that had been filed against me after I moved from my old business address and was notified of the county court judgement by a third party - I had not received any correspondence due to not being at the property any longer and as a result have no reference number.

Without a reference number the company will not allow me to make payment and have told me that bailiffs have now been instructed. I have also called the bailiffs who I wish to pay in full - they too have told me that I am unable to do anything without a reference. This is beyond ludicrous, when all I want to do is pay the debt in full. I have 2 days left to pay before the ccj remains on my record for 6 years. I am devasted to say the least. This company is an absolute shambles

This is a completely incompetent and harmful company to deal with. Please avoid at all costs or prepare for sufferings and waste of your precious time with no result achieved.

Would give them zero stars if I could - if you are buying/selling a property and comes across this firm as the seller's conveyancer, run for your money - it will never get completed, especially if your case falls into the hands of a conveyancer by the name of Caroline Conacher. She is constantly off, not responsive, extremely slow and unprofessional. She will not get you the correct documents and will delay your sale. Just steer clear to save yourself the money and stress.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness The firm have a complete disregard for the Civil Procedure Rules and need reacquaint themselves with the SRA Code of Conduct and their wider professional duty to the Court.

Incompetent, rude, and clearly extremely dumb. So much stress caused by them, if you send them hard copies they'll ask for emails and vice versa so send them both. Constantly ask us to tweak documents which is fine but it takes them a month to request tiny tweaks and they don't tell us all the changes in one go either. They assigned Mian to our case.

He admitted he had little experience, and kept asking for the same information multiple times instead of checking his emails. To top it off he was sexist and suggested that speaking to a male might make the process earlier!

These guys a good at mortgage covayancing. Great service, low prices.
