Claire Trundley is without hesitation the best solicitor I have ever met. She was first recommended by another solicitor after a conflict of interest made me need to look elsewhere. She is so professional, frugal, precise, efficient and fair in all her advice. This is regarding a divorce settlement that has dragged on due to tardy responses from my ex. Can't recommend enough!

We used HCB for the purchase of new home via a new developer. Although our house purchase went through without any issues, the customer service received from HCB was absolutely atrocious. We did not receive any guidance and had to continuously chase our contact for information. Many emails unanswered, names misspelled on our contract, minimal notice to perform bank transfers, and terrible phone etiquette. I would not recommend HCB!

We have recently completed a house sale and purchase for the second time using HCB to act on our behalf. Nichola Poole dealt with the transactions and went above and beyond to help us once again! The whole process - with the both the sale and purchase - was very stressful (even more so as we had the pandemic, lockdown and had to move out almost 3 months before we moved into new house and into two different temporary accommodations during that time!). Nichola was as professional as ever, calmly and efficiently guiding us every step of the way. We cannot recommend her services enough.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Amy, who kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, she was professional, informative and a credit to HCB. She made the whole process very easy from start to finish. I have already recommended HCB to my contacts.

Unfortunately, my case was delayed for 8 months due to incompetence from one of the solicitors. My case was dealt with by two individuals and while one was very proactive, the other was the complete opposite. The complaints department were quick to deal with the problem and offered a tiny discount off my bill. I just wanted to get the issue resolved and the whole process finished with, so I accepted their offer. I have given two stars because the process did finally reach completion, otherwise it would have been just one star. Regretfully, I would certainly not recommend.
