I've been so impressed with the service I received from Rix & Kay. I received legal advice from both Kathryn Paisley and Alan Zeal, and felt that I was in safe hands throughout the sale of my business. We had to consult an employment lawyer over our redundancy from work. We were represented by Victoria Regan who was brilliant. Not only did she make the whole process less worrying but she ironed out a number of issues without any problem and without causing us further stress. Choosing Rix and Kay was the biggest mistake we ever made. Not only did they miss an obvious discrepancy with our boundary, leading to major stress and planning application problems, they refused to except any liability for it. We are now in the process of suing for negligence. Their after care for rectifying their mistake has been just awful. Once they've taken your money they're just not interested. If you're considering this company. please aviod at all costs!

After many years of having documents sworn and my last will witnessed by Rix and Kay I telephoned for an appointment to arrange for an updated will to be witnessed. They refused this simple action saying it was not company policy. Let's go back a few years when goodwill in the community meant professionals helping one another whose Clients were not not local to them.
