Anna Clarke is a great conveyancer. I have so appreciated her kindness, competency and efficiency and still cannot quite believe she got my sale and purchase through before the stamp duty deadline. Highly recommend her work, her legal advice is excellent.

Unfortunately, I also was being treated very unprofessional. When I chased the deadline I did explain my situation on a numerous occassions and asked for a current status of my case at yet not reply was given to me, not even a courtesy one to so say that meeting my deadline would be highly unlikely. Very unprofessional, hugely disappointing. I just had to guess what was happening since they treated me as no one.

When I read the positive reviews of this firm it really feels like someone is describing a different one as mine is opposite. Do they even care about their customers and their families?

My husband and I have had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this firm for the sale and purchase of a house recently, and I must say they have been the most unprofessional, professional services company I have ever dealt with. We have found them to be vague, sometimes only getting three or four word responses to our emails, I have been laughed at and mocked down the phone which I find unbelievably rude when we are paying for a service.

I never wanted to use this firm yet my husband wanted to save money, he learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for. By using this firm we have experienced rudeness, slow and vague responses to your queries, the staff have no manners and lack basic communication skills. I can't wait for us to be able to close the book and move on from this awful experience. Unfortunately were are not quite there yet!
