Hart Reade Eastbourne is my forever Solicitor and I full heartedly and without hesitation can recommend! I was under the very best professional, understanding, protective and experienced wings of Mr Brown, Danielle and Philippa for 3 years (and still) and I am genuinely deeply grateful! Every visit was attentive, everything explained in understanding terms and I only ever felt genuinely cared for, fought for.

The law is a minefield and sadly to many degrees has wholes in it, but Mr Brown never did anything but the very best, safest, legal protection for me and both him, Danielle and Philippa are kind, courteous, understanding and just genuinely amazing! I'm sure this company is OK, but after waiting now for three week for a call back regarding some representation I obviously can't say. Very poor, I can only assume my request wasn't going to be profitable enough for them. Edit. They did contact me but only after my review. They called on a withheld number that I nearly didn't answer for obvious reasons (and why?), I was then told that he had called twice before & I hadn't answered.

Not true. My phone lists only 1 call from a withheld number on 4/11/21, no others. If he had called then why didn't he leave a message? I was shocked to hear a solicitor trip out untruths in such an blatant manner when it is so easy to prove them wrong. Buyer beware.

We used Hart Reade when we brought our last property. We found the service to be very to be of a high standard. Calls we returned quickly, emails replied to swiftly. The communication was good, with my wife and I being kept up to date throughout the process. We completed our house purchase on Christmas Eve, which wouldn't of been achieved without the dedication of the staff at Hart Reade. We would highly recommend them and will be using again in the future.

When we went to the office we were treated with a good reception warm welcome. At the appointment as was good, Very relaxed but professional. Your staff have a great knowledge of their own products and put their views over in a very positive way. My experience with Hart Reade was in the area of family law, namely access arrangements for my partners children. I found them to be very well informed and excellent at what they do. Our solicitor kept in regular phone and letter contact as well as appointments. Appointments were usually available within a week or so of ringing to make one. The building itself is very pleasant, modern and comfortable, also central so nice and convenient.

The reception staff have always been polite, although at times seemed a little snobby. The same goes for our solicitor. So on the whole a good practice. Private car park at the rear of the building for clients use.
