We have used yates & co solicitors for the sale and purchase of our house and have been extremely happy with Jackie all the way along. Jackie responded very quickly to any question I had (and there have been lots) she gave us regular updates and was always so polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Jackie, she has been amazing during our tough house buying journey and I personally wouldnt use anyone else.

Shehbaz dealt with the sale and purchase of our new home and he endured many queries from myself. Being a very anxious person generally and really not understanding alot of the process (having never done it before) he took the time to explain everything and nothing was too much trouble. Michael met with my husband and myself to organise wills. He was professional and took the time to ensure any questions were answered and we felt comfortable in the decisions we made. The work was completely quickly and we were able to discuss any amends or queries before the final documents were created. Overall great service and we would happily recommend him and Quality Solicitors.

Typical of solicitors, never keep you informed and very slow. They acted for me on the sale of my house which was 'finalised' in June 2021. I recently had a call from my buyers saying my solicitors, Yates and Co, had not completed the land registry so after phoning them twice to sort it I have just called again and was told it is being sorted. When I pressed for some kind of date the receptionist just hung up midway through my sentence.
Okay following a couple of emails with Kieran, I have amended my review and agree they had indeed finalised my house sale so my only annoyance now is with the ignorant receptionist for which Kieran has apologised and I accept his apology.

We have used Yates & Co twice now to buy and sell and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Luke and the team are extremely professional, helpful and are always available to speak to. Our recent purchase was made very difficult by our buyers solicitors but the whole team at Y&C helped to make it a lot easier and kept things moving. I cannot recommend QualitySolicitors highly enough. Lynn was incredibly helpful, no question was too small or silly and she was always very responsive to all emails and queries. Lynn helped us exchange and complete at very short notice, with the added deadline of stamp duty and she kept us well informed at every stage of our sale and purchase.
