I paid a lot of money and waited a long time for my police caution to be expunged, but it never got removed. I still have a record and cannot get my green card to join my partner in the US. Very disappointing.

I went to them for a simple contract. The initial process seemed simple and after one conversation I received the document described. However once I agreed I received follow up calls that seemed to be conversational. Upon receiving the invoice though i found that the costs were hugely inflated charging me for the time they kept me on calls and unnecessary emails.

At no point was i made aware these were being charged. I was misled and trucked into escalating charges. I went to them for expert advise to protect myself and ended up being taken advantage of. I would not recommend to any individual.
