If your looking to instruct solicitors to act as your agent at the Canterbury and Thanet Courts, Fosters Law provide reliable and convenient management on a range of Agency matters. With offices conveniently near both the Canterbury Court (click for directions) and the Thanet Court (click for directions), we have a very good working relationship with the Court staff and can meet with clients and/or attend at short notice. Agency work is charged at 100 + VAT, which covers 30 minutes preparation & waiting time, and 30 minutes for the Hearing or Application.
If you are planning to go to Court, but are worried about the costs, why not save money with our new Counsel Assist scheme? Counsel Assist offers a modern approach to County Court and Tribunal claims. The clear and simple pricing (see below) removes the need for hourly charges, allowing you to pay according to your specific needs.

I would love to be able to rate this law firm on the merits of their actual work. Unfortunately, I am unable to do that. Despite the "highly responsive" "Usually responds within _____ hours" rating, I am still waiting to hear back from a message I sent on April 6, 2022. My case is a highly time sensitive matter and I am unable to wait indefinitely to simply find out if they have a lawyer on staff who is able to help. Waiting too long to file could cost over a million. I would advise anyone with a case where time is of the essence to look elsewhere.

I hired Larry and his legal team after being involved in a serious car accident. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and when I got out, my house was ready. I had leg fractures and couldn't walk. A ramp was made so I could enter my home. They gave me a rehab team that answered all my questions and help with with my recovery. Larry's staff, Laura and Jen were easy to get a hold of and often responded to my emails after hours. I am so grateful to have been referred to Foster Townsend.

At a very scary time in my life I couldn't imagine that a law firm would be so good to me. I was worried about how being in a motor vehicle was crippling me and without work I didn't know how I would ever seek legal concil. To my surprise I never had to worry. I never had to worry about anything! I got all the therapy I needed to get my life back and I never dreamed I'd be where I am now.
