This is my second time of using Winn Solicitors following a car accident. The first time they were very quick at getting the information that they needed, getting me a replacement car and then dealt with by claim. The second time, the support from the Winn team has been great, I have no issues with their service. The hole process seem to be simple and hassle free.
The document I need to read and sign are available on line, helping to make the process faster and easier. Romona took my call and made me feel at ease when discussing my car accident. Romona and Winn Solicitor in general have been keeping me up to date when necessary and quickly took all the appropriate actions required. I feel I am in safe, capable hand and they have relieve some anxiety I am facing. Great customer service! My car was picked up within an hour of the accident and a courtesy car was available for me also with an hour. My physio was booked 10 days after the accident and my repairs on my car were looked at almost instantly.

I came out of work at 4.30 to find someone had hit my car and caused quite a bit of damage. Luckily they left their details. I cannot believe how quick and efficient Winn Solicitors were. I was panicing as I have never had to deal with anything like this before. Mark L helped deal with my claim and he was fantastic and made me feel at ease. I cannot fault them. 20 minutes after dealing with the claim they then called to book my car in for repairs and sorted a hire car out for me.
They really are so helpful. Fast, quick service and I really don't have to worry about anything now as everything has been dealt with within in an hour. Thanks again, I will definitely sleep tonight now everything is sorted so fast!

Dealt with Winn Solicitors for 3 years and was past from pillar to post with minimal progress. Eventually, the case was passed to Joesph Carton and i'm pleased to say he was excellent and delivered swift results. His communication was on point and he always delivered what he promised. If only all Winn members of staff were so competent, the company would be much better to deal with. Overall, I'm happy as settlement has now been received.

Dealt with Mark, he was very sufficient and explained everything well. Very helpful and easy to deal with, no long holds or waits on the phone either. I must of got in touch in the late evening within the next Saturday morning, my car has been arrange to be sent for repairs, sorted my courtesy car and sent me all the relevant information. Not sure on the outcome of the incident, but they service is very good

Over 3 years of mishaps, not listening, and thinking they above the law. Had enough now, and will be sending a complaint in to Winns as required. And whatever the response good or bad they will be reported to the legal ombudsman. Tried to talk numerous times to sort things out, supervisors etc but they are just as bad, and make it up as they go along.
Lucky i have kept all correspondence and emails of the case to pass on to the ombudsman. I am sure the ombudsman will request tapes and transcripts of the hearing, this will prove exactly what was said, and the glaring errors by Winn's. Then they will have to answer to The legal ombudsman who wont put up with lies. If you are looking for a genuine company to represent you, please consider looking elsewhere.

Incredible service from Winn Solicitors. The entire process took less than 20 minutes with a very positive outcome which resulted in my claim being instructed and recovery, repair and replacement car arranged for the following morning. My claims handler, Mr Philip Davidson was incredibly empathetic and put my mind at ease. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Our car was hit by a driver reversing into it at speed over night, which was fortunately captured on our CCTV, and we managed to trace and get details from her. I contacted our insurance company and was put through to Winn Solicitors 'and spoke to Lewis who was extremely helpful and professional in the way he dealt with us and 'got the ball rolling' so to speak. we are very impressed to say the least.

Not impressed with them so far. They took over my case from another solicitor (nice little deal between solicitors) but not much has happened. You call and get the usual excuses, "It is another department", That person is busy", "You need to understand we are busy" (as if no-one else is busy), I am trying to help but." etc. A month in and paperwork arrives by post, no phone calls, emails or secure servers here, just 44 pages that has to be read, signed and returned by post asap or it will be me that is delaying progress. No, not impressed!

Do not trust this company. Dreadful customer service, unprofessional and bullying approach to their own clients and at times verging on blackmail in order to obtain/retain your business. If I was able to give negative stars I would. Please be careful and read all the small print, particularly the credit hire agreement otherwise you will end up with an unpleasant and unexpected surprise, I was thankfully warned prior to my experience with them. Mark in claims. is the least pleasant gentleman I have ever had the misfortune of liaising with. A truly awful experience, avoid at all costs!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Alarm bells should ring for any company that asks you to review them after the initial consultation! I was in an accident in May, video evidence of the incident, open/shut case right? nope! constantly chasing for updates, rude customer services, case past from one person to the next. ask to speak to your case handler no calls back, no replies to your emails, almost felt I ran the case as I had to push them all the way for next steps to be taken. and to top it all off they went against my instructions and accepted an offer which I told them not to do. joke of a service, don't even entertain there sales team!

Very disappointed with the service received. Had a non fault accident and rather than claiming through my car insurance and a claim going on file I was advised by my father (who had used them before) to use Winns. Big mistake! All good at first untill my insurance company contacted me to say that a claim had been logged and my no claims bonus removed?
I called Winns to be told that they must inform them and have, then went on to tell me they have nothing to do with how my insurance company use that info. This has cost me hundreds of pounds on my renewal and if i had gone through my insurance as a none fault it would have been cheaper and easier in the long run. This has caused me nothing but aggravation and headache so for those who think Winns first, you may want to rethink and stay with your insurance company

After someone crashed into the back of my car, Winns sorted out everything for me. What I thought would be a horrible ordeal turned out to be painless more or less, and they got me compensation.
