I am an estate agent who used them as a referral which I absolutely live to regret. So far 7 cases referred and so far 7 customers complaining. I have just had a look through their Facebook page and they either have a "power cut" or on a team night out which explains a lot. Irim in particular is the problem however BOB BRAR is now aware of the situation and doesn't even have the decency to respond or acknowledge complaint emails. AVOID!
