I recently completed the sale of my old house and the purchase of a new one in the midst of the lockdown. Poor service an very slow communication. Not accommodating to customers reasonable requests and opportunistically take customers money without providing an acceptable service.

I used this firm a while ago for conveyancing. Bad communication and very slow even though it was a straight forward sale and purchase. Other solicitors unable to get into contact with them. Had to force the issue which resulted in contracts being exchanged on day of the sale which they charged extra for. Complained but got nowhere.

Ignored my emails and phone calls after I paid for services. No contact from them regarding matters that they should have helped with when buying a house. AVOID and use elsewhere

I dealt with a well educated Canadian lawyer who knew how to act for me when I went through a expensive and traumatic time that happened a few years a go which I'm still trying to get over, but the let down was the reception staff making excuses and ignoring emails and the fact of dealing with legal aid was an otter nightmare, but because of my circumstances it cost me thousands, but money well spent. I can give 5 out of 5 for the great service and advice given by James Smith. He's worth every penny spent.
