Leitch by name leech by nature. Anyone working for this company should question their life choices. They act as a glorified credit collection agency for property management companies and rely on people paying up rather than taking them to court for their unreasonable legal fees practices. Most likely you will be talking to a low paid call centre worker who would sell their own mother if they could. This company should be investigated and closed down.

A firm leeches off monies of homeowners without any justification! Our experience was that the owners have made payment of ground lease and service charges, way before their legal notice was issued. Yet, they continue to harass owners for their legal fees and admin costs, without any justification or proof that the legal notice validly served, despite repeatedly requested by the owners.

The law firm is probably operated by a bunch of mediocre para legal only and there are no properly qualified solicitors assigned to liaise with the owners, or any clients. Utterly unprofessional. Will proceed file a complaint with legal ombudsman under the SRA once the notice period to them is over.

Lucky I can't put 0 stars! They were all very rude on the phone to me and they have not taken any of my personal circumstances into account. Ben is the latest person I have spoken to and he was incredibly rude and obnoxious. Can't wait to get this company off my back!

Worst company on earth. Incompetent lawyers. They contacted me saying I didn't pay my service charge fees to a company they are representing. While all along the stupid company have been sending invoices and letters to the incorrect address. How can i pay a bill I am not aware of, or never received an invoice for? Instead of then to promptly admit the error, it's been weeks and still no outcome.

Their customer service representatives are shockingly rude, hung the phone on me many times. VERY VERY VERY INCOMPETENT. I'D rather a brain-dead fish be my lawyers than them.

First class, professional and very speedy service. I received my completed documents the day after the zoom call. Follow up note: When I requested resending the documents (as mine were 'lost' in the post when I sent them onwards), they did this immediately, without charging me anything extra.

I had extremely bad interaction with them. No sense of responsibility, lake of professionalism and keep sending to letter without knowing the background.

Simple ID verification and reasonable prices compared to standard solicitors, Notary's etc. Solicitor that called was polite.

JB Leitch was instructed by a ground rent company to collect the ground rent and their ABSOLUTELY CRAZY legal fee from me since MAY this year. They kept posting the payment reminder to the address on which I don't live anymore, despite the fact that I have instructed my solicitor since January both in writing and by email to the freeholder re the ground rent issue.

I just can't believe that this firm kept ignoring the fact and kept chasing me their legal fee. Without responding to either my email or my call for over two weeks, they just kept adding up to their legal fee. Will make a full complaint to SRA cause this firm deserves to be shut down. Cannot agree more with another review here, which I quoted below: 'In fact that a legal firm is incapable of looking at this situation from a reasonable perspective just shows that they are in the business of making money by exploiting people and hiding behind finite pieces of law in order to do so. There is no humanity at this company, they are horrendous to communicate with.lazy, dishonest and uninterested in the wellbeing of others.'
