We have used this firm around 8 times in 12 years. Up until now we always had very good service and the fees were reasonable. However, on this occasion, we were extremely disappointed and upset. We were charged double the amount that we have been charged in the past for sale and purchase plus for a failed sale as well totaling just over 9K. We were not expecting anywhere near this fee - literally, double the amount always charged previously but the response is that the hourly rate is in the terms and conditions and estate agents charges are higher.
Not sure of the relevance of the second comment! Will not use or recommend again as clearly no customer loyalty. Beware and make sure you get a quote in writing before you proceed.

Working with Matthew Roberts at Wansbroughs I felt supported, respected, and listened to. He understood my situation very quickly, and advised me on the course of action in a difficult Parenting Agreement.
