I would highly recommend BLB Solicitors for anyone dealing with a personal injury claim. The most important quality of your solicitor, especially when you are dealing with injury and stress, is someone you can trust to deal with your claim whilst you try to cope with life. Clare Lowes and my barrister achieved a settlement that several of the so called 'top firms' in the UK said was impossible. The Trowbridge branch recently dealt with a house purchase. Being first time buyers we weren't experienced in the whole process, and we felt like BLB weren't very friendly or understanding. We ended up reading. up on the internet. Also, the attention to detail on paperwork was poor, some documents were addressed to the wrong names and the final completion statement was wrong which resulted in having to find more money to settle up.
They got the process done well, however comparing them to another company (our first house fell through and tried to cut costs) on the experience we received I don't think we will be using BLB again.

If you want professional, quick, efficient and amazing customer service then BLB are perfect. Jill Cade dealt with our house sale and purchase and we were kept up to date every step of the way. I would e-mail. her on pretty much a daily basis and she would always reply within 20-30 minutes without fail. She was incredible! Best solicitor, highly recommend!
