The Scott Rees team dealt with my case for over a period of nearly a year, and I have no hesitation recommending them. Whenever I needed to speak to someone they were available and helpful and prompt, and have given me great advice throughout. Signing and accessing documents was easy, I was always clear about my responsibilities and each stage of the process was properly explained. Special thanks to Lucy and Lee who were there to help me throughout the process.

We used Scott Rees to complete on our recent property. They have been the best solicitors out of the 4 we have used in the last 8 years. We found Sarah and Jack brilliant. They knew the answers, were very responsive and professional. We've never used the same solicitors twice as they have always been terrible in the past but we've defiantly use these guys again! Absolutely useless, so unprofessional I've been passed form one file case manager to another over the last 18months each as useless as the next. Basically zero contact throughout having to case and case to get any answers on what they are doing. Obviously they were informed of what happened and was told that it should be a pretty open and shut case.

I knew I should of seen the warning signs when the hadn't even noted the correct details of the case then tried to fob me off with they have two cases with the same name and aload of other rubbish to try and cover up their mistakes. Then out of the blue I then get a letter to say they aren't going to proceed.18months later. After not bothering to even contact witnesses or collect doctors records. By the looks of it they are only interested in cases they haven't got to do much for. Avoid this firm as they could of potentially lost me my claim due to their negligence.

I used Scott Rees & Co for my personal injury claim. From start to finish their team was excellent in communicating with me and explaining every step of my claim. Helen was very helpful when handling my claim and was a fairly easy process. Only downside for me was the lack of communication when the initial solicitor who was handling my claim transferred to another department and I had to really chase to get my claim picked up again. But when Helen took over I was satisfied with the service I received.

Very unprofessional and not at all helpful response time dreadful still waiting for a reply. 13 months down the line and been told that my discrepancy recording of the accident isn't correct and or true and unwilling to go to court and just left me high and dry. Still having serious issues with my knee after the accident that has effected my social life and work didn't offer no medical treatment for my injuries and basically saying I'm a liar and just like that closed my case. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone no concern for it clients just about how much money that can make from a claim.

After phoning simply for advice, I was repeatedly sent a document to sign every day, for the following 6 days. having no response to my emails, the last of which was to clearly inform them that I did not wish to sign anything or proceed with any litigation until I had gathered all the evidence needed for a successful case. The first time I was contacted by phone was when I received a call telling me they were not taking on the case because of lack of evidence.

It would appear to me that they are not at all interested in listening to anything their clients have to say but merely wish to harass them. I will soon have more than enough evidence to present a case but I am afraid that I will be using another firm of solicitors.

Me and my wife, as buyers of our first house, are very delighted as it all went stress free. It all went super quick, Our conveyancing executive Sarah was very helpful for us on clearing all our doubts and questions. We didn't use a mortgage broker or housing broker, we are first time buyers, so we had no idea about the conveyancing process, but Sarah was very helpful to us to understand the process and she regularly updates every progress. Sarah was very polite even when we send very long emails with our questions.

And she cleared our doubts. For a property sale, gas and electricity safety inspection report is not a requirement, but Sarah was very concerned about it for her client's safety, she was very committed to getting the gas and electricity safety inspection done to ensure our safety. Even she voluntarily came forward to ask the seller to give us some allowance due to some minor faults in the electrical system even though we didn't expect an allowance.

I'm writing this review on the same day as our property completion happened today because we are honestly willing to write a positive review for Scott Rees solicitors and Sarah. Also many thanks to Mathieu for helping us with the updates and clearing our doubts. Many thanks to Jack as well. If we have a chance to buy our second home our plan is to straightaway instructing Scott Rees solicitors to complete the purchase process.

I have just completed on my house and I was helped, reassured and kept in the loop every step of the way. Louise and the team were totally on top of things and I always called back! Greta was amazing with the completion. I asked them a week before if I could complete next week, as I had to leave my rental property and they worked so hard for that to happen. I cant thank them enough really! I would highly highly recommend the team that dealt with me. Thank you!

No communication or update with claim. Claim handlers always on lunch or away when you call. Other staff members rude on the phone and dis-interested in helping. Forever promised a call back and no response to emails. However, when they email you they want a response straight away and when they offer a claim figure its either take it or leave it, if you ask to decline the first offer you are told the time frame has passed and you basically need to accept it even though you have responded to them within 48 hours of receiving first claim offer. No further correspondence since.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Terrible solicitors. I currently have a whiplash claim with them. I started this claim 8 months ago. No idea what is going on. Have been passed on the 3 different people dealing with the claim. They feel like a COWBOY company!

Sarah Smith facilitated the acquisition of our new house and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She is very professional, focussed on the matter, high communications skills, making the entire acquisitions to look easy and stressless. I highly recommend her services!

Very unprofessional! NO COMMUNICATION! I have had a claim ongoing for 5 years with this company with a promise of 6 month resolution. they kept bugging me to take on my initial claim and quick for me to fill out initial forms but once they got the signatures they have had a lazy attitude to the case I had to keep chasing for regular updates and gave up after a while as they kept fobbing me off Kept passing it through numerous case handlers who kept asking for forms all over again finally after 5 years and many case handlers later the case has finally been resolved and instead of providing me with my funds they keep sending me new letters with further deductions taken from my awarded amount The case handler sent me a confirmation over a week ago where stated funds have been sent this should take 3-5 days only for me to chase up over a week later and be sent another letter with further deductions - company has lied did not issue my funds when they stated and are further attaching deductions that are not applicable to my case When I called I was told I would hear back with an update and just keep getting fobbed off. case handler will not answer my calls and no1 will give a direct update Do not recommend this company!

Laura Shaw handled our purchase. Amazing professional service from her. Brilliant communication all the through, which made it less stressful being kept so well informed. It went through so fast and efficiently. Couldn't recommend her enough!
