One star. Please read the other reviews and avoid this firm! This solicitors were acting for the buyer of my house. Very suddenly, mid-way through the transaction and with the completion date quickly approaching, Mooney Everett informed my buyer that they were going to lose their license, so could no longer act for them. This has disrupted the transaction and caused significant inconvenience for everyone involved. I will be reporting this matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

Want a company who will tell your Buyers that you no longer wan to sell, and hold your sale up, even though you have not instructed them of this insanity then this is the company for you! Oh and as an added bonus they will forget to charge you fees, bump the price up and send you a letter a year later for the pleasure. But they wont send you a final pack for evidence purposes because why would you need the final pack of your sale and purchase. But if the above still did not convince you, you will get the added bonus of working for yourself by doing all the chasing for Mooney. Enjoy!

Great for no win no fee accidents. Despite me being in a no fault accident the other party disputed minor expenses, after the main part of the claim was paid. Unlucky for them Mooney Everett and the barrister took it to Court and won 2 years later. Well worth the 25% or so deduction from the claim, without this firm I would have had loads of distress and accepted a lower settlement. Well done to Jason - the claims handler.

We bought our first houe with mooney evverett 9 years ago and where totally impressed with Sue. Over recent years I have engaged Mooney Everett for their conveyancing services on a number of occasions. They offer excellent value (and their costs are always very clear) but, more importantly they have always been extremely pro-active, in terms of moving the whole buying/selling process forward as smoothly as possible. frequently prodding third party solicitors who aren't quite so 'on-the-ball'.
