Dealt with Sean Carty regarding an employment issue. Sean was courteous, understanding and professional throughout the engagement. I have rated as good value as the outcome achieved by Sean was much better than if I had attempted to deal with the employer on my own. That said, no bridges were burnt and the result was amicable mainly due to Sean's friendly, pleasant but determined approach. Highly recommend.

It's almost impossible to speak to your solicitor. This company has had my case for over a year. I have never called and been out though to my solicitor! NEVER, not once. It's always take a message, they'll call back or they're not in the office which is beyond belief. My case has not progressed at all, the only thing they're keen on chasing is payment. I have had one email responded to which obviously related to payment other than that ALL emails go unanswered or acknowledged.

Unresponsive to emails and held to ransom, they demanded an uncapped sum of money from me to complete the transaction after initially agreeing what the fees would be. They told me this was because they were running out of time, but they were only running out of time because they took a week to respond to my emails! Thankfully I found another firm who could help me with the transaction that was responsive, more competent and cheaper. Wouldn't recommend using Canter Levin & Berg to anyone.

Sean Carty was responsible for my case and his service, professionalism and importantly negotiation skills were outstanding. Sean dealt with my case very quickly and efficiently and responded immediately to any new information, calls I made to him and responses required. Sean was able to negotiate a settlement that was far in excess of the initial offer and remove terms from the contract that could have had a negative impact on me. I would highly recommend Canter Levin & Berg and I would especially recommend Sean.

Mr Malone was kind enough to represent me, when I had been badly advised by a local solicitor (Anglesey) and lost a lot of money and the case, which should have been open and shut!!!.
