Rich & Carr have done 3 property transactions for me, to date. Each came with its own set of complexities. All have been handled quickly, efficiently and diligently. I have come to find that the stresses in most property transactions are through solicitors not communicating or not having a good grasp on the details of the transaction. Excellent company to deal with, my own experience was a very long one but this was in no way any fault of Rich and Carr, as obviously other less capable solicitors are responsible for slow practice. The wheels of Law turn slowly for wills and probate but that's the system in the UK.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Treated me like dirt. After they got my money. However in the UK in the 21st century I'm not surprised. The whole country is down the drain. There isn't any humanity anymore. I feel I need to teach them about empathy and compassion.

Always have to email the solicitor or the secretary. Very difficult to get hold of them and speak on the phone.

Conveyancing team is brilliant, always kept upto date with progress, have used the company twice now once for a sale and the other to buy a property, no hidden costs or agenda, if you want a proper solicitor who won't rip you off I highly recommend them.

Rich and Carr used to be called Rich and Carr Freer and Bouskell. Before they dropped the two names they received the following decisions from the legal Ombudsmann. This firm doesn't work properly.
