Great local solicitors with a genuinely helpful and friendly team. I do realise that my review sounds like a review for every solicitor - but it is so hard to differentiate, all I can say is give them an opportunity, so you can share the great experience I have had engaging them. This is based on experience not opinion. We had a house purchase a few years ago, so appointed Brown & Co as I have used them before with great success.
But later on it turned out the mortgage lender insisted we used one of the bigger firms that were on their mortgage panel. Charlotte at Brown and Co wrote off the fees to us even though she had done almost all the work, and happily passed this on the new firm (who in comparison were shockingly slow and sat on the documents for approx 3 weeks, blaming others), hence my review.
