I would like to say a big thank you to Leo Deane and Lewis Middleton in the Banbury offices, we were first time buyers and anxious about making sure we got everything done correctly. Any chance you can provide further details on case of 208753-1 and the reason behind charging 2 sets of fees for the same case! Surely that's just greed! Maybe you are just trying your luck Who knows! Maybe with the extra money you squeeze from people then you might be able to employ another staff member to at least return phone calls and emails!
