We had a very smooth and easy process with Neale Turk. They responded to us quickly and efficiently and there were no hiccups along the way. My only critique is that all documents were sent to us by hard copy in the post (including the report on title), rather than by email. In the interests of keeping up with the times, record keeping and the environment I think electronic copies would have been best.

We sold a property through here and the service was terrible the solicitor left half way through the main problem is the rude and unhelpful secretary who you will find is the one doing most if not all of the work pay for a solicitor get dealt with by the secretary! We rang up several months later as required a copy of the transaction and once again dealt with the rude and very unhelpful secretary oh and surprise surprise the solicitor we dealt with had left!
