All cases are handled only by the two partners, encouraging a truly personal relationship with every client. We act for companies, developers and Housing Associations as well as private clients, but never fail to recognise the importance of every case we handle, whether large or small. We have excellent working relationships with all the local business community, including mortgage lenders, estate agents and financial advisers.

Under difficult circumstances, both with this pandemic and our own personal journey having recently lost my mum, Ian Beavon was an absolute star. He displayed the utmost professionalism, was proactive, offered sage advice at all times and always delivered on his promises. Ian also was flexible enough to receive documents outside of working hours to ensure that timescales were adhered to. Shelley Rounding dealt with the sale of my flat and she couldn't have been better. She was very prompt in dealing with each stage of the process, replying to emails, information requests from third parties and chasing the buyers solicitors, who were not in the same league and therefore made it a much longer process. I would recommend Shelley and Bradleys if you want the job done properly.
