Sammy completed her Law Degree at the University of Salford in 2014. She is therefore dual qualified. Sammy has worked in various roles at McCarthy Bennett Holland including receptionist and secretary before working her way up to fee earner level. She therefore has vast knowledge of the firm and the local client base.
Kath began her career in the legal profession in the year 1970 as a Junior at Taylors Bridge Baron & Sykes of Wigan. Over the years Kath has progressed through various stages which included being a Legal Secretary and later a Fee earner. She has worked mainly in the Wigan area during her career and takes pride in knowing and living in the area.

I've used MBH in Wigan over the last few years and always received great customer service. This time was no exception and during an exceptionally busy time for solicitors. Louise and the staff are efficient and moved our sale along in a relatively short period of time considering the current market. Would recommend and definitely use them again!

As a first time buyer, I would have liked my conveyancing firm to be more willing to help/assist during the house buying process. Instead, I experienced very slow communication, no helpful explanations to my questions, weeks and weeks would go by with no updates at all until I chased. I would personally not use them again.

We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't. We had an awful time with our buyers solicitor who was basically AWOL and Caroline dealt with this brilliantly, everything was done very promptly and communication was always forefront, I would recommend her to everyone I know needing this kind of service.
