From the moment we open your file you will be provided with your own experienced Conveyancer to guide your through the process step by step. We would exchange contracts-this is the stage where the date of completion is legally fixed and 8.
If you are considering remortgaging your property then we would always recommend seeking advice from a Mortgage Specialist prior to instructing a Solicitor. Once you have decided that a remortgage is the right decision for you, we will begin legal process. The Right to Buy Scheme gives secure tenants of councils and some housing associations the legal right to buy, at a discount, the home they are living in. To find out if you are eligible, you will need to contact your Local Council/Housing Association. A Right to Buy transaction is very similar to a purchase transaction however, there are usually very little enquiries to ask of the sellers given that you will already reside at the property.
There are many reasons for which you may require a Transfer of Equity. Getting Married and wanting to add your new partner to the Title Deeds/Separating and wanting to remove someone from the Legal Ownership or if you wish to simply add a cohabiter to the Legal Ownership. No matter what your reason for a Transfer of Equity, we at Forster Dean Solicitors will assist you throughout the process ensuring that you are fully aware of the transaction at all times.If you already have an existing Mortgage on the property and you wish to add or remove a name to the Legal Ownership you must first contact your existing Mortgage Lender to obtain their approval.

I had Jackie Farrow and her team looking after my conveyancing, they were absolutely outstanding! There's no way I'd choose anyone else after the work they have put in on my behalf. I appointed them mid October and I'm now in my house, I might add that by the end of November they had completed everything. Also I do want to thank Demi for her hard work too as she was constantly answering my queries when Jackie was busy.

I was recommended to use Forster Dean by 2 separate people and I am glad I did! From start to finish their help and advice was 1st class. I was assigned a conveyancer Nicola Morris who took care of everything even going above and beyond when there were issues with the lease on the new house. I was kept informed and updated at regular intervals and nothing seemed to much trouble.

I don't tend to write reviews and often you only see bad ones, however. Danielle Jameson at Forster Dean acted on my behalf for the sale of my flat.
