Update regarding this company. The solicitor has legged it without providing my mother with a final bill or the company advising that he has left. Took 5 months to get hold of someone in the office: The receptionist says the file has been placed in Archive! They still have 17,000 of my mother's money. Sent a complaint to the Law Society Ombudsman.

Be very careful with these people. Do not let your young and frail near them. They will bleed them dry. Absolutely Horrid company. Late father arranged for them to do probate. Dragged their feet at every turn' withheld money until I made a formal complaint that it was covid andcmy mother needed a release of funds she was entitled too. Now trying to get Identification docs returned so my mother can register with gp and get covid jab. No response from company Regarding your response below. I called your secretary last week and left 2 messages. I have heard NOTHING!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Really disappointing service from this solicitors. We are still awaiting the settlement of my late Grandmothers estate 14 months after her death. The original estimate was 3-6 months! They seem to have no sense of urgency and do not respond to communications.

More worried about how the company will look, rather then helping people

We used Jacobs & Reeves for the conveyancing on our purchase of our first house, as well as when we recently re-mortgaged. Both times, our solicitor, Ashleigh, was incredibly professional at all times, and was very quick and responsive to all our contact by email or phone. She kept us in the loop, updating us frequently with the status during both cases. An excellent solicitors firm, will use again, I highly recommend them.

Using Ashleigh at Jacobs and Reeves to carry out my conveyancing was faultless. I am a first time single buyer and so new to the protocol and procedures so the whole thing was very daunting to me. Gratefully no question was too much hassle and she was there every step of the way to assist and guide me. She was extremely thorough and persistent even when issues arose with the vendor creating an extremely pleasant and stress free experience stepping onto the property ladder. I highly recommend and will be using there services in the future.

I used to think this is a great solicitor. I was given assistance by email, and a second time I was given where the best place to go. Now I really need a legal remedy and I was waiting for a phone call but then decided to go in. There is no disabled access whatsoever, and the refurbishment inside has obviously cost a fortune. Rob Dutton said he could give me 2 min so I said that wasn't enough I'm actually entitled to half an hour. Another self satisfied practice who have no concern for those who can't afford a legal remedy.

Ashleigh and Lynda were great. So efficient and easy to work with, also worked so quickly to my tight time constraint!

Very friendly and helpful firm, all the people there seem to genuinely want to help. We were greeted and treated with respect and the solicitor was very knowledgeable and forthright. Nothing was hidden and we knew what was expected from us. Very lovely building set in town pedestrian area. Very modern and professional interior. All in all a very positive, helpful and friendly experience. Local pay and display parking nearby. Thank you for your time, patience and support.

I come to look for the office to talk with someone and while i leave the car parked 5 minutes i get a parking ticket. It say that nothing was displayed on dashboard but there is nothing where you can pay. What a rubish company. Now i have to pay 100 for 5 mins while i look for office. I should break legs and hands to the one that did this.

Local and easy access. My dealings with the legal team have been good and felt at ease with them. I think they offer good value for money.

The worst, so rude it's unreal also I saw them in 2016 for the same case now there's a conflict and I shouldn't of seen anyone back then.what kind of firm is this? And to say you have had your first free half hour as a reason is not acceptable, so your assuming I cannot pay? I suggest anyone looking for a solicitor walks in a different direction.
