Not my solicitor, but I have the miss-fortune of buy a house from someone who is using them. Our solicitor says every time Gales are on the other side the process slows down. At the moment it feels like we aren't even buying a house, as that would entail communication. Day after day my solicitor, and the vendor's estate agent have chased them to reply to my solicitor, but so far we're having more luck getting a conversation from a brick wall. Please, please, please, do not use these solicitor's you will be doing yourselves, others, and the conveyancing profession a disservice.

Critical: Quality We were sorry we asked them to act for us as conveyancers. Fairly priced, but the level of service was disappointing, and communication was bad. There were delays and confusion, and we had to push and push for anything to be done.

Over a period of two years Gales Solicitors represented us on three separate property transactions. Gaining sound employment advice can be tricky, Sarah came highly recommended by citizens advice and they were not wrong. She took the time to read and listen to my case and then gave honest, sound advice and direction with no BS. This was a FREE consultation meeting which ended up lasting an hour, Very positive experience with future costs clearly identified.

Unaffordable prices and a lack of transparency on costs have given solicitors a bad name over the years, however this is certainly not the case with Gales Solicitors. I needed legal advice following a contract dispute with a property management company, and many solicitors in the Bournemouth area wanted to charge me ridiculous prices simply for a one hour advice session (including one firm, who will remain nameless, wanted to charge me 1000.00 per hour).

But by shopping around I found Sarah England at Gales Solicitors. The price charged for the advice I received was excellent value for money, and her advice was clear and very useful, helping me plan for my options in my dispute. Luckily litigation was avoided in this instance, however should I have any further litigation problems in the future I know who to turn to. I would definitely recommend Gales Solicitors 100%, and a very special thanks to Sarah England for her invaluable advice and support.

Gales solicitors have provided my wife with an excellent service selling a leasehold flat. The Gales team (led by Ros Keenan) have always been very approachable and ensured that there was an appropriate level of contact throughout the process and that difficulties in the sales process were addressed immediately as and when that was necessary.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We asked Gales to deal with a lease extension in May 2018, we have now only recently received it 1year & 10 months later! We have had 7 solicitors deal with us as they kept leaving without our knowledge. We were having to keep phoning as the new solicitors weren't aware Of our case their words were we are working our way through the A's & Bs you'll have to bear with us.

They never return your calls! some have been very rude, starting with the first port of call the receptionist. This turned out to be an extremely stressful & frustrating process which should have just been a straight forward lease extension. I did put a review on their face book page, but strangely that has been removed! After I was asked by them if I would remove it!

Upon receiving the new lease & a letter saying any queries about this please do not hesitate to contact us, which I did call to verify something, but 2 weeks later I still haven't received a phone call back! Would never deal with this firm again nor would I recommend them!
