Robert Parsons assisted my sister and I with the sale of our mother's house in order to fund a care fee annuity. We were selling the house under a lasting power of attorney and without having lived in the property. Robert took the time to explain that we would be selling with limited title guarantee and reassured us just to do our best in answering the questions. Robert kept us fully informed on progress and gave clear instructions on what he needed from us.

In fact all of the communication from Robert and his team including Franki Cawdron, and Adam Wilson was excellent and I was made to feel very welcome by Jules Roach on the occasions I attended the office. Robert was sensitive to the fact that any delays would result in my mother having to draw down on her savings to fund the care home fees and did his best to ensure we completed as soon as possible, and we did achieve the date I hope for! I chose to enlist the help of Gordon's Partnership with my conveyancing based on a referral from a friend. From my first interaction with the firm, i have experienced nothing but excellent care and attention to detail and my solicitor Adam Wilson has been an absolute legend from day one! As a first time buyer, i was fairly nervous about buying a house so i had plenty of (sometimes stupid) questions and he took the time (often a long time as i do ask a lot of questions!) to answer them (no matter how trivial!) as well as explaining all of the finer details of the process, the reports and all of the associated legal aspects, which has alleviated all of my worries.

From start to finish, i've been kept in the loop as things have progressed and i really feel like Adam (and colleagues) have made the whole process an enjoyable one - quite the opposite to what i was expecting based on friends horror stories. Overall, i really can't rate them highly enough and i can't see myself using any other firm going forwards. Highly recommend!

My partner and I were buying our first property in South London and used Gordon's Partnership LLP to represent us. Samantha Chubb was assigned to our case and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. We got the sense that she really had our back during the entire process and was extremely diligent in her work. Everything we asked her to investigate outside of the standard service, she would carry out with a high level of detail.

We also had huge time pressures to complete before the stamp duty deadline March 31st and she was able to do this no problem, despite being overwhelmed with cases I'm sure. She also navigated us through some very tricky negotiations with the seller which would have ended in a collapse if the solicitor wasn't up to scratch. Many of my friends have used other (more expensive) firms and had negative experiences so all I can say is Gordon's provided us a 10/10, 5 star service and great value for money. We will be using them again in the future and I have already signed up two of my close friends to Gordon's for their first time purchases.

Very good experience at a difficult time for our family. We need to sort out probate as my Dad has sadly passed. Both Habiba and Claire were very empathetic & I am confident probate will be handled admirably.
