Gordons Partnership was formed in 1994 by three lawyers from leading City practices who were fed up with the 'factory' approach to law. They liked the law but not the way law firms operated. It is a loose, expanding association of European lawyers who meet twice a year in a European city. Most members know each other and all speak English. It exists to facilitate business between members but also to promote its members in legal business through out Europe. Gordons Partnership is the trading name of Gordons Partnership 2020 Limited a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number 12464371).
The firm has two offices, one in Holborn, London and the other in Guildford. The two offices are used to working together to provide a seamless service to clients for businesses and individuals. Our corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and dispute resolution work is dealt with by our London office.
We deal with a wide range of general commercial contractual matters for a broad range of clients. Our clients range from "household names" to owner-managed businesses and start ups and our clients are based in the United Kingdom and overseas. I considered a number of solicitors for my flat purchase. Gordons (specifically Mike Slade) were the best value for money and were confident in the tightest timeline. Mike certainly delivered, turning the entire process from offer to completion around in just six weeks. Could not recommend him more - always available and on hand for questions, supplied and reviewed all documents properly, and guided me through the entire process.
