After nearly 17 month with calum derry dealing with my fathers will, which was an easy probate, there is still no conclusion to this being finalised.i have made constant calls to his office and am now being told he will no longer speak to me, as my brother is executor to my fathers will.last october calum said he was coming close to finalising the will, and now we are in july.

I find this company very unproffessional andall they are interested in is to drag proceedings in order to charge more money.i have lost all trust in this company and i find it all so clear now as they advertise on chelmsley wood town centre.i am now in contact with the solicitors ombudsman and certainly taking matters further.

Karen Beevers has worked on my family law case for the last few years at Evans Derry. I honestly could not have asked for a better solicitor. For over 3 years now my case has been with this firm, I first came to them with my probate which was dealt with very fast, I then stayed with the company for the sale of my late father's house, again was delt with very fast, I then had my mother's daughter contest the probate and found my self in a very long and tedious court battle. Richard took my case and I really can not rate him highly enough, he was always straight up with me and very professional (even in the times when he knew I wouldn't like what he was going to tell me) I highly recommend this firm they go above and beyond. Rude and patronising receptionist, asked her for a quote has I am buying a flat, she then proceeded to tell me what a leasehold was has if I was thick, she did not return the call with any info, horrible woman, this was at the station Rd Marston Green branch

I went to Evans Derry for a collaborative quick and easy divorce two years ago, it's still going through and it's cost me thousands. I'm very disappointed

The most rudest "woman" answered the phone to take my legal question!,a bsolutely no interest or help whatsoever. There's two other Law firms in Coleshill, both very helpful. Don't bother with this stuck up bunch.

Went along with a friend and was very impressed with the service. Very friendly but also very thorough. Reasonable charges too.
