Helen Davis is the best solicitor me and my partner has ever used we bought and sold three houses using Helen and every time it's been so easy and fast someone in the office is always there to answer phone calls or emails and if Helen is on a call or with clients Helen always gets back to you usually the same day or the next day I once emailed Helen on her day of and Helen took time to call me, Helen always explains things to you in a simple way so for us that don't understand much of the legal process of selling a house can understand, thank you so much Helen for making what can be a stressful time so smooth and actually a pleasurable experience,

We have moved house 3 times in the last 10 years. The first time was within Devon, the second was from Devon to Shropshire and the third was within Shropshire. On each occasion we have returned to Dunn & Baker Cullompton so that Helen Davis can manage our conveyancing. Recently, following the passing of my mother Helen also managed the sale of her property in London.

Helen at Dunn and Baker Cullompton was our solicitor on quite a tricky case, and she was great! The best thing was that she was very responsive and always answered any questions I had quickly- there's nothing worse than waiting when you don't know what's happening. Many thanks to Harry for a professional and competent service. I was nervous about choosing a solicitor for conveyancing, both sale and purchase as it's so important to get a good solicitor. However I can highly recommend Harry coombe at the Exeter branch. Harry was very responsive to all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Also I would highly recommend Harry for shared ownership property's as you really need a solicitor that understands the process.
