Excellent service and friendly staff. Emma Jones who carried out my conveyancing, which was far from simple, was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Solicitors have a poor reputation for charging for everything at every opportunity, down to the last phone call and e-mail. This is certainly not the case with this firm, who provided a complete service at the original estimated price. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

In a conveyancing matter I was acting as the Surveyor/agent for the buyer, Kate Tynan of Donaldson Dunstall was acting for the seller; the matter completed in less than two weeks of instruction. This was due to Kate and my clients lawyer working in a most professional yet collaborative way to the benefit of both parties. I have been in practice over 40 years, I sadly see a lot a lawyers who in this time would not have even made contact with the lawyer on the other side yet alone completed the matter. I should add that I have not worked with Kate or her firm previously. From this experience I would recommend Kate Tynan.
