Slow response time with no sense of urgency, and unprofessional receptionist who has no understanding of customer service - don't waste your time. Shame that Johnson Astills doesn't have the capacity for Residential but you'd be much better off to go to one in Leicester / Ashby / Coalville, Beeston, Notts and Derby.

Thank you Bird Wilford and Sale for the easiest sale / purchase! We were really impressed by their communication, explanations and efficiency with our recent house sale and purchase. I think its been the easiest sale I have heard of in a while with the only hiccups coming from our buyers solicitors. We only ended up having a week delay which over a 12 week completion with a four house chain is really impressive, and I believe BWS were instrumental in this.

Another benefit - even though they have an online process tracking system, they still actually answer the phone! They have made what can easily be a stressful situation a more enjoyable one! Thank you!

I used Bird Wilford & Sale when me and my husband were purchasing our first home. Roy Rollings was our solicitor processing this. We found them to be incredibly efficient and quick at handling the matter. Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and well mannered. All the way down to the receptionist and one of their secretaries called Linda. Prices were very reasonable especially for the service provided! Consider this my recommendation to use them!

Used them for a sale of residential property and purchase of a new build home. We felt that better, clearer advice could have been given. Always felt that we were a bit of an afterthought. The solicitors secretary was very good, but the solicitor in the case failed to notice a major detail regarding stamp duty that would have left us liable for approximately an extra 10,000 tax bill.

The solicitor left part way through the transaction and we had absolutely zero communication from the replacement, Marika. Again, it was the secretary left doing all the work. I can't say that I'd use them again.

I think that they are probably the best option in Loughborough for a solicitor but they are not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for.

I've recently bought and sold through this company. Excellent service from Erica, very responsive and I could trust that things were happening without the need to chase. As an estate agent I deal with many solicitors and Erica is one of the best in the local area. The firm as a whole are very responsive and I can always get through to somebody when I need to.

Bird Wilford and Sale helped us secure the lease on our commercial premises. They acted fast and within the initial fee indication, this was despite having to deal with a vendor who changed his mind frequently.

Great service and team. BWS have helped us with a number of business cases where we have needed legal advice and have always been very helpful ad concise.

Very disappointed. Poor negotiating skills. No sense of urgency. Very scary when google gives you better advice than your solicitor.
