They will promise you the world but fail to deliver. In my case, the solicitor instructed, Leigh Wright completely forgot about the case and we turned up in court with no representation! Avoid this place like the plague!

Dont pay them anything until you have had a consultation first. They did not ask for the facts of the case or any details until we transferred money into their account. Once they had the money, they simply told us that given the information the case, we should just take the penalty. HOW IS THIS LEGAL ADVISE? you should of held a consultation and told us the options before we commissioned the work. Terrible service, wouldn't even refund the money.

Arthur William's gave straight up advice to aid my situation. Marie from another specific team also gave me up to date advice and updated me exactly when she said she would. Overall experience very good. When I wanted to utilise a Solicitor and did not potentially need one on a certain occasion I was still provided with this assistance to make sure I was at ease. When we were initially told our case would be represented by Tuckers we were quite reluctant due to the reputation of the brand name. However we were represented by an outstanding solicitor named David Pearson. David consistently supported us in every aspect and maintained constant communication with us. The few times I have been in trouble I have always used these but the most recent one I was looked after by claire parrot and by far the best I have met!! Never once tried to push me to say I did it when I dint just to get it over with and guess what ?? I got a not guilty and the crime I did do I am more than happy with the sentence I got!! This woman has the patients of a saint and cares about the people she is defending not gettin an fast easy plea deal i really can't stress how grateful i am to have been blessed with having claire defend me from me and my daughter and my unborn son thank you sooooo much
