I recently completed a flat purchase with TWM Solicitors and would not recommend them. The partner on my case was unresponsive and frustrated the vendors so much that they almost withdrew from the sale. I then complained to the senior partner, who shockingly blamed me for causing the frustration when there was proof in writing from the vendor's solicitor that the vendors were fed up with TWM. They caused me a lot of stress, and I would avoid them at all costs.

We used Jonathan Potter for our sale and purchase. He is an experienced and calm solicitor who progressed the transaction despite the other side being unhelpful at times. He was always on hand and available when we reached pinch-points and his re-assurances went a long way to prove to us what we had heard; that we would be in safe hands. I would highly recommend.

Extremely poor service from start to finish. These solicitors dragged out my remortgage another 6 months so much so that my offer expired. Once we managed to extend our mortgage offer and funds were paid over we have now been receiving letters to say our old mortgage company were incorrectly paid! Avoid at all costs!

We used TWM Solicitors when we bought our home in November. They were amazing from start to finish. We worked with Claire Hastie, and she was amazing as they managed to get all the conveyancing completed with in 1 month. It was an aggressive timeline, and we appreciated Claire's willingness to get the job done. I would 100% recommend and i would use them again.

A complicated case with a good outcome. Fortunately, we hired good solicitors to help us (Simon Burdett-Dixon and Michael Jones over a number of years). So we succeeded in gaining a substantial financial sum, even though other solicitors had given us advice to the contrary. The case was particularly complex and lasted several years, TWM explored all the possibilities and a successful outcome occurred due to their expertise.

I deal with a lot of solicitors in my job, maybe around 20 a month, but these guys by far are the worse, ended up cancelling my clients case and going to another solicitors. Months went by, they did nothing, you cant get them on the phone, they don't reply to emails and when i finally got to speak to Julian he was extremely rude and very unhelpful. They provide no help or support and are very very slow.

Disgusting despicable intimidating animals who pursue and hunt down innocent people to within an inch of their lives! Do not use these thieving creatures if you have any human decency and if you care about what they can do to your friends and family. They are greedy, selfish, money grabbing liars and they will stop at nothing to make money! Imagine what they could do to your parents. they will destroy them just to represent a client that has paid them a few quid trying to back up a story filled with lies & fabrication. If you have any compassion in your heart please do not use TWM Solicitors - if you don't, they are the perfect solicitors for you.
