Owen at Almy and Thomas has dealt with my matrimonial case. He has been extremely professional at the same time as understanding and considerate to the situation. Lin and Jenny have been a extremely helpful team for conveyancing especially for a first time buyer. They are a great firm to use and are very reasonably priced. The transaction went smoothly and Jenny & Lin were always on hand to keep me updated by email and by post and everything was done very thoroughly.

Absolute joke of a solicitor firm. Rubbish at responding, you get 4 different people emailing you stuff but not one can reply. Very very slow in operation. They give you a charge but they always add on that charges on top of what they say. One member needs to be retrained in their abilities to perform their job correctly and efficiently

Critical: Responsiveness Not even worthy of one star for the conveyancer services. Never responded, took months to reply and failed to keep us informed that they had not been doing their jobs properly (if at all). Told them we were terminating are instructions and only wrote back a week later demanding money. Do not use these solicitors.

Very poor service, expensive and poor advice, disgraceful attitude, lack of customer care, threatened court action if we left a neg review - disgrace Still sending threatening letters, review will not be removed, freedom of speech. I stick by my review, totally abysmal service

Owen at Almy and Thomas has dealt with my divorce, house transfer and children's court matter which has unfortunately dragged out over three years. Owen has responded to every email and phone call I've made within 24 working hours, their reception answer within a few rings every time and overall, they have been truly brilliant. Owen really knows what he's talking about, his competence and calmness really helped ease my anxiety throughout, especially on court days where we came out with the best result possible. The other party in my case was far from cooperative which didn't faze Owen in the slightest. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Not even worthy of one star for the service. Our buyer used this company. The lady dealing with the sale never responded to emails, took weeks to reply and failed to keep our buyer informed and updated on information. She was slow and lacked communication skills. Took so long to complete and exchange. Caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Do not use these solicitors.

We were very happy with our solicitor David. He was very helpful and he was always available to speak to us. We also really appreciated quick reaction time. We needed deed of surrender. We paid on one working day and we pretty much had it ready the next working day. Our solicitor also didn't mind amend the deed last minute. They were very helpful and assuring with the other party. Great emergency for anyone who need help. The price for the service was also very fair. We will be back.

Shopped around for the best price to handle a relatively straightforward property matter. These guys seemed significantly better value than some of the competition, had pretty good reviews and had been recommended by another legal firm. I was on a tight budget so wasn't after or expecting any unnecessary pampering and I was happy with the service I got. I would definitely go with A&T again if needed but hopefully won't be needing legal help for a while!
