Services
Karen qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 and mainly looks after our Employer clients although she also advises Employee clients on their Settlement Agreements. Her interest in employment law was sparked in the early years of her career whilst working in the public sector. In 1994, with 3 young children and a brand new set of Employment Law Encyclopaedias installed in what was once her dining room, she set up her specialist employment law Firm. The Firm has grown to the practice that it is today and Karen herself is widely recognised as a specialist in her field.
Client care is at the heart of everything we do. Our business is long established and built on the traditional foundations of putting clients first. At the same time we are forward thinking and commercially astute providing the very best legal resource, whether for you as an individual or for your business.
From simple contracts through to policies procedures and handbooks, all Employers need some form of employment documentation for their business. When you instruct us we will carry out an audit to determine what documentation you need and help you put together your portfolio. Choose from standard templates that you can customise yourself or bespoke documents drafted by us specifically for your business or organisation.
Course length varies according to your requirements and how in depth you require your training to be. Modules can be delivered as a standalone course or bolted together to form a half day or day long course or part of a full programme of training. Staff training can be difficult to organise and often gets put off or, worse, overlooked completely.
