We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Legal Secretary based at our Ruislip office in West London. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, mid-sized firm where you will be able to engage with people across many functions and develop a sense of belonging and purpose within our team.
In recognition of our service delivery and overall management procedures we have been awarded the LEXCEL quality mark by the Law Society. For our high level of conveyancing standards we have achieved the Conveyancing Quality Scheme mark. We also have accreditation with the Law Society's Family Law and Personal Injury Panels and are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and the Employment Lawyer's Association. The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is the regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales.

Was charged 180 for completing a house purchase early without being told of the fee. Genuinely feel like I've been scammed, especially when I was in no rush to complete and was happy to wait 10days. As my lawyers, I should have been informed of this fee, instead they buried it in hundreds of pages as part of their terms, which they believe is enough to fulfil their duty of care to me, but it is not.
They then refused to complete my house purchase unless I transferred 180, after I had already transferred my house deposit so felt I was held at gunpoint to pay. I will be reporting to the Solicitors Regulators Authority.

They took payments from my dying dad for someone else's divorce that he wasn't involved in after several attempts by myself to get confirmation on why he was being charged on his debit card, I keep getting told the solicitor will contact me and 6 months later nothing Hooray they responded for the first time and then lied they told me. I am not asking details about the case I just want to know how a dying man in a hospice managed to pay you? Now try to stick to the facts don't go hiding in GDPR.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Tarjinder, supported by Meezuan on my sale and purchase recently. We had many issues along the way so was grateful for Tarjinder knowledge and expertise. Yes you can get cheaper conveyancing but not for a high quality service which is needed for such a stressful and important process. Many thanks for everything, I would definitely recommend.
