Since when does a solicitor ignore a client wishes, especially when they have been given specific instructions for them to carry out. Money for nothing, they then have the brass neck to charge for it.

I recently completed on a new mortgage to end my Help to Buy. It was a very frustrating experience as Target HCA are not great with their correspondence but Mo Adam, the solicitor at BBE Law was outstanding. He did all the heavy lifting so I didn't have to contact Target and he also ensured I completed well ahead of their timelines, and kept my mortgage provider up to date and called them direct on several occasions to expedite the whole process. I have been supported through the most turbulent experience of my life by Barker Booth Eastwood Law. Divorce is not easy, but this law firm helped the process along. They allowed me to process the emotional side, whilst they looked after the constant barrage of impersonal formalities. From my initial enquiry to their final letter closing my file, Miss Morley, and her assistant Miss Barker, were a formidable team.

The receptionist even managing an empathic voice or nod to me when ever receiving a weary call or visit. I first walked out of their offices in 2020 a broken man. June 2021, I skipped out. It was done. I also used their conveyancing department to assist in the transfer of equity and re mortgage. I will point out that I am not the most careful book keeper. So when my wife sued for a divorce I decided to represent myself. (What a mistake) After loosing a great deal of the court hearing I came to my senses and hired Barker Booth & Eastwood. Anne Morley took charge of the case and with the help of the most dedicated staff from receptionists to main line assistants.

Thanks to Karen Cockburn for completing our property sale in a professional and helpful way. Only down side was the time it took overall but I'm pretty sure that's due to current pandemic challenges. I am currently using BBE now to buy my first house. The process is taking far to long than necessary bad communication. Always having to chase them up. I've never had a phone call from them to update me it's always me ringing them. I will be literally homeless in a week. Whilst I wait for all this to be sorted. No enthusiasm no reassurance from nothing. If their fees were based on performance and speed. They would be in debt. Do not use this company go to someone that values thier clients and their circumstances.
