First they was absolutely brilliant, then I got handed over too Nickola Banks. And she is the most bad mannered person I've ever come across. And when I say this. I MEAN THE MOST BAD MANNERED PERSON EVER! If you ask a question she gets all offensive, deliberately avoids your emails, talks to you like a child, then she will avoid working on your case because that's her way of being in control. Nikola Banks has serious issues.she forgets that she works on behalf of easthams who CHARGE their clients to work ON THE CLIENTS BEHALF! Nikola Banks you are a awful person to deal with!

We used Jenny and Adele following a Google search for a conveyancing team and great reviews. We weren't disappointed! We elected Jenny and Adele to do our house purchase and it was faultless. We had delays due to probate (obviously no fault on our side of things - Covid delays apparently) but they were always professional and up to date. Sometimes communication seemed dormant, although nothing was really happening but a quick call to the main office and all our queries were answered in good time. ultimately, very professional, very transparent service, good value for money and would recommend!

I recently used Easthams Solicitors to do the Conveyancing when I bought a flat in Blackpool. Jenny was my solicitor, she kept me updated regularly with where we were at, and the whole thing was completed in 10 weeks which following Covid was brilliant. All the staff were lovely, friendly and I always felt I could contact them when I had "silly" questions or didn't fully understand something. If you are buying or selling a property in Blackpool Easthams will definitely make the process better for you.
